I recently came across a task where an e-store manager wanted to display related products in a scrolling manner in the product view of their e-store. Unfortunately, Shopify's base functionality does not offer such a solution and I had to start searching for suitable APPs.

We decided to focus only on free apps at first, because the merchant wanted to open his online store with the lowest possible fixed costs. Shopify in the app store There didn't seem to be many options, but after a more detailed search, 3 APPs were still on the list.

I finally got around to using Globo Upsell, Related Products An APP that had a suitable free package. I decided on this APP, although all the connections had to be created manually for each product and the admin side was not the most convenient, because other free APPs simply did not work correctly or the user interface was not suitable.

Initially, the merchant had a lot of work to do by creating all the connections based on examples, but now he has it right in the process of adding a new product.
