Brain games online store
Brain Games is the first store in Estonia focused on board games, and it has been operating since 2008.
The online store operated on the Shoproller platform for years, but its look was outdated, the mobile version of the site was clunky, and it was simply too clunky for the user.
When planning the e-shop, we set the goal of a convenient and fast user interface. To achieve a good result, we chose a paid theme provided by Shopify, the functionality of which we expanded with the Ultimate Search app. Ultimate search offers several options for precise management of collection and search result filters. The main thing to note about this app is that the app manages not only filters but also the entire collection and search user interface view.
The client was already using Erply business software and wanted to use the same software to manage the e-shop data. However, during the work, it became clear that it would be more sensible to divide the product data management between Erply and Shopify. The basic product data will now be added to Erply, and further enrichment of the product data, such as images, product descriptions and collection definitions, will be added in the Shopify admin interface.
We also added Erply integration to the store inventory query. This allows the e-shop customer to view the physical store's stock levels directly in the product view.
To manage delivery methods, we used our own Parcely app, which offers SmarPost, DPD, and Omniva parcel locker options in this e-shop and forwards order information directly to the corresponding self-service. The e-shop administrator can also download parcel cards from all three service providers without leaving Shopify.
As a payment service provider, the merchant continued to use the services of Maksekeskus.
We redirected domains, redirected old URLs, linked the sitemap to the Google search console, and set up Google Analytics. In short, we ensured important search engine positions were not lost.

Without knowing the details, it is challenging to predict the budget of an e-commerce site.
Building the simplest e-shop on Shopify will stay within our minimum budget of 1000€.
For e-commerce sites with more complex business rules, custom business software integrations, and user interfaces drawn by a designer, you should consider a budget of €10,000+. -
The best way to do this is to use our Parcely parcel locker app. We offer a free setup of the app and delivery method. You can install the app itself in your e-shop from the official Shopify app store here https://apps.shopify.com/parcelyapp

We always recommend the OPAY payment initiation service because it allows you to display your bank selection directly in the Shopify checkout and the service itself is reasonably priced.

Yes, of course. The Shopify admin is very user-friendly, and there are many tutorials online. You can also take a look at our little guide here.
We sometimes help merchants with just a few changes or small development tasks. For example, we have developed the Directo integration for several online stores, meaning the merchant built the online store by themselves and we just added Directo integration to it.

Yes, it's not difficult if all work tasks are defined and described before starting the migration. Products, categories, content pages, and blog posts can often be transferred automatically (depending on the software). However, you need to consider manual work to check everything over and correct links and content layouts.
You can't migrate the theme code or user interface of an e-shop, but you can use it as a basis when creating a Shopify store and create something as similar as possible if necessary. -
The Shopify Plus plan is Shopify enterprise software, meaning it differs significantly in functionality from the standard Shopify packages.
The Shopify Plus plan is worth it if the merchant needs the functionality not available in Shopify's regular plans. For example, the Plus plan is necessary if the merchant works in a wholesale business or needs more B2B functionality.
The Plus plan also pays off if the e-store's annual turnover exceeds a few million. Namely, with the Shopify Plus plan, the merchant pays a significantly lower service percentage fee per order.
