Unfortunately, Shopify does not have good invoice creation capabilities as a default functionality. However, Estonian customers still want invoices, especially business customers. Looking around the official app store, you will notice many invoice generators, but only a few offer all the necessary features.

My favorite is the Order Printer Pro solution created by FORSBERG+two . The app also has a free version, which allows you to create invoices for up to 50 orders for free. If your online store already has more than 50 orders per month, you can switch to the paid version of the app.

By setting up the app, you can quickly enter all the necessary information and change the translations and logo at the bottom of the invoice.

The invoice file can be attached as a link to Shopify's automated emails or downloaded and sent manually if necessary. Printing the invoice directly from the admin interface or the specific order view is also possible.
