After adding the desired products to the shopping cart, the customer moves to the shopping cart view, where they are shown the possible delivery methods. At this stage, the customer can choose a suitable service provider and specify the location of the parcel locker. When the customer moves to the checkout view, Shopify still requires the customer to enter their address, even if the parcel locker delivery method is selected. After entering the address, the customer will see the parcel locker service they selected in the shopping cart view.

Displaying the location of the selected parcel locker after placing an order
Shopify allows you to display the location of a selected parcel machine in two steps. First, you can make the selected parcel machine visible on the tab that is displayed to the customer when they return to the online store from the bank. You can also add the information about the selected parcel machine to the order confirmation email sent to the customer. Setting up these features can be more complex than average, so we recommend asking Parcely support for help setting them up.

Printing a shipping label
By signing contracts with delivery service providers (Omniva, Smartpost DPD, etc.), you will receive API keys from them. You can add these keys to the Parcely delivery app and conveniently download shipping labels from all service providers in one place.

Customer notification and package tracking code transmission
When you set an order to fulfilled status in the Parcely app, the app automatically adds a tracking code and a link to the order, where the customer can track the package's progress. When setting the status to fulfilled, Shopify sends the customer a package release notification/email. This notification notifies the customer that their order has been shipped and provides a link to track the package's progress. The following messages and emails will already be sent to the customer by the delivery service provider. For example, an SMS notifies the customer that the package has arrived at the parcel terminal.
