Shopify order management got easier

Shopify tellimuste haldus muutus lihtsamaks

As more and more merchants open new online stores and existing merchants see an increase in orders for their online stores, it’s important for businesses to be able to manage customer orders as quickly as possible. To make this process better, Shopify redesigned the order list page for e-stores built on its platform.

Previously, merchants had to click on each order to see full details. Now, the order list page displays all relevant information about the order at a glance. For example, details about the customer, the number of products in the order, the delivery method, the order status, and any tags assigned are immediately visible.

Now merchants can easily determine which orders need to be shipped internationally or locally, or which delivery service providers to use. It is also immediately visible if the customer chose to pick up the goods in person at the store or warehouse, if the merchant offers this option. Shopify will also add additional functionality in the future that will allow merchants to customize the order page view as needed.

This way, merchants can significantly speed up and make their order fulfillment processes more convenient. For more information and instructions on optimizing order management, see the Shopify guide .
